Can't even compare the two. One is a cruiser and the other a sportbike. You probably won't be real happy with either on the highway. You won't be more comfortable on a Savage than on a full dresser Harley, and you won't be able to smoke a GSXR on the Blast. Biker chicks won't flock to you on a Savage and the teenie boppers won't be falling all over you on a Blast.....
Kind of like comparing a in-board boat and a dumptruck- they both run diesels but.......
Are you looking for speed and handling? Then go with the Blast. Then again, there are mopeds which look more like serious bikes than that tiny-wheeled, plastic clad, little toy. Personnally, I wouldn't be caught dead on one. But if you are looking for a crotch-rocket starter bike, go for it.
